Use: Like sugar. Same shelf life. Xylitol has ? in contrary to stevia ? no specific aroma. Xylitol is an isolated five-fold sugar (pentanpentol) which is extracted and purified in multiple steps out of natural material (corn). It is therefore unimportant from which source the sugar comes as long as it is pure. Our supplier is certified for all existing quality standards: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, HACCP, FDA, GMP, Kosher and Halal, as well as NGO-supply-chain (production is completely free of genetically manipulated organisms). The xylose is derived entirely from corn of own production. A purchase of xylose on the market with changing quality is not necessary.
