Orders with www.wellness.nulife.de are delivered by:
DHL Express
Pick up your parcel 24/7, if you have it sent to a DHL packstation. Goods are sent on five days per week (Monday - Friday) and delivered from Monday to Saturday. DHL Express guarantees a 90% delivery on the following day after collection of goods from our logistic center.
Tracking
You can track your parcel with your customer and invoice number via www.tracking.nulife.de (currently only for DHL).
Deliver time
Orders until 12:00 hrs are shipped within the same working day, otherwise within the next working day. Delivery time within Germany is 1-3 days. Attention: Delivery time for individual personal jewelry can take up to 8 to 14 working days.
Costs per order
Inside Germany: For end customers free above an order value of 150 €, below: 5.95 € per order and DHL weight unit of 31.5 kg.

Subsequent delivery
In case that an order is partially not available, it will be shipped subsequently at no extra costs.
Product return
Inside Germany: In order to return goods, we will send you a return voucher, which allows you to return products free of costs. Since it is individually manufactured, it cannot be accepted for personal jewelry, only in case of manufacturing error. Below 40 EUR and if outside Germany, customer must absorb the shipping costs, please contact us. |
All regular orders through our shop are executed through our fulfiller, who is shipping with DHL (see above). Only from our office, we ship with UPS.
UPS parcel service
Delivery time DE: 1-2 working days, EC: 2-3 working days, overseas: 1 week. Please make sure somebody can receive the parcel befor noon at the shipping address. Should the parcel service come in vain, they will make another two attempts and leave a message with a phone number, which you could call in case. |
